Claiborne Parish deputy and K9 officer involved in wreck

CLAIBORNE PARISH, LA (KSLA) - A Claiborne Parish deputy and his K-9 officer were involved in a wreck Thursday night.

The accident reportedly happened around 8:30 p.m. on LA Hwy. 540, just north of LA Hwy. 2 in Claiborne Parish.

Louisiana State Police investigated the accident and say that the driver, 44-year-old Deputy Aaron Christian was traveling along LA Hwy.
